  1. Panaskan Oven dengan Suhu 170 DC, siapkan loyang UK 22cm, oles mentega dan tabur dgn sedikit tepung terigu, ratakan.
  2. Mixer Telor, Emulsifier dan Gula Merah hingga mengembang dan kaku berjejak.
  3. Saring & masukkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk, tepung maizena, dan bubuk kayu manis hingga tercampur rata.
  4. Masukkan mentega cair (sedikit2 yaa) dan aduk rata.
  5. Masukan adonan ke dlm loyang dan beri toping almond (hiasan selera masing2 yaa).
  6. Panggang Adonan dengan panas 170 DC selama 25-45 menit (tergantung oven masing2),,,menit ke 25-45 sambil di tusuk2 untuk cek kematangan adonan.
